If you wanna make me happy...

I was contemplating the other day about the small joys in life.
. . . And when I say "the other day" I mean 10 minutes ago.
Anyway, I was contemplating what makes me really happy.
Of course the answer is friends, family, sleep, reading a good book or
watching a really good movie...
and then I realized that besides all these amazing things, there are
a few things that make me truly happy.
Shall I share?

Ok.

Money is always a good way to tell someone "here, I care... but just don't have
time be hang out with you... but I DO care, so here. Go out on the town.
Go buy yourself some new shoes, or dinner, or a slurpee or whatever, and think of
me while you eat and/or use it"

A bowl of Froot Loops is a good way to simply relax after a long
hard day. I did a whole separate post on the amazingness
of Froot Loops, so if you question
my sincerity, go read it here.

Hot Chocolate. If a bowl of Froot Loops doesn't solve all my problems, I usually resort
to Hot Chocolate.... mmmm. No better way to happily relax than chilling
on the couch watching Grey's Anatomy while sipping a
mug of steamy hot chocolate!

Sushi. MMMMMMM!!!!! Particularly squid. There is NO WAY I can be
in a bad mood if I have this baby. Oh man, I want some right now!

Haagen-Dazs Vanilla Swiss Almond ice cream was invented by the gods
and sent down to earth simply for my pleasure. If a guy asks me to
marry him someday and gives me a container of this stuff instead of a ring...
I'll know it's meant to last forever. Ok maybe not really... there'd better be a ring
inside the ice cream if that's really what he gives me!

But most of all........

This is what makes me the happiest. I just want
to be loved. :)

  1. Ahahaha, I love your dream proposal! That's so great. And I'm glad you liked my silly theatrics in class. (You know I only do it for you, right?!) I think your moment of panic was my favorite ever. I started that exam in such a good mood, so if I get a semi-decent grade, I'll dedicate it to you.

Really though, I seriously get confused when they start geeking out about music and video games (mostly music), but it makes me laugh. They're like lovable little twins who finish each other's sentences. Can we call them Tweedledee and Tweedledum here on the Interwebs?
