First week of Spring Semester

First off, thanks to Shawna for decorating my blog. She is amazing!!! So I officially finished my first week of the semester. It is going to be crazy one. Hopefully not as hard as last semester... but different. I have 3 literature classes, a textile science class (I'm pretty worried about this one), and history of the English language. I was taking Japanese so I could get a BA, but 18 credits is a lot to handle, especially on my last semester. If I kept Japanese I would, guaranteed, worry about it and not do as well in my other classes. Not to mention, Japanese is a 5 days a week class and one of my literature classes is at the exact same time 2 days out of 5, so I would be missing 40% of the class. The professor agreed to work with me and give me extra assignments and things, but I realized that it's just too hard not being in class. She is going over everything I know already on days when I am in class, and teaching new things the days I am gone. I know it's not a conspiracy, but it sure feels like it :( Lol so anyway, I dropped the class. Now I'm down to 13 credits and will hopefully have enough time to focus on work and schoolwork and do well in both :D

My Bean Chan, aka greenie from my mission is getting married today. I thought it was tomorrow and am pretty bumbed I cannot go :( I also had an appointment with my counselor today. Boy, I sure hope we get stuff figured out soon.

In entertaining news, I was late for class yesterday and just threw my keys and books into my backpack as I ran out the door, where I met my boss. He was locked out of his apartment (again) and asked if I could let him in. I missed the bus because I couldn't find where I'd put my keys :( I did, however, make it to class with 30 seconds to spare before Dr. McCuskey had the door closed. However, I was a thundercloud for the rest of the morning. In other news, i don't think I've written 2010 on a paper yet this year without having 2009 crossed out underneath, or next to it. Lol
