I love Thanksgiving!

On Saturday, before real Thanksgiving, we made Thanksgiving dinner for my residents here at Summit Hall. It was a potluck so we had some awesome things from other cultures brought! Pretty much my residents and friends are amazing!

I went home for the real Thanksgiving, and had quite a good time! Dinner was fantastic, and my family is amazing! Only about 25 of us were at home, so it was quite a bit smaller than usual, but it was still a great time :) I went sledding with the little kids and ended up half way down the hill without a sled, but with snow up my shirt and down my pants. It was throughly entertaining. Sadly my camera also dropped into the snow, but after letting it dry out over night it works again.
This morning, the day after Thanksgiving, the phone woke me up at 7:20 and as I ran to pick it up I was stopped at the window by the breathtaking sunrise! I have not seen
anything so beautiful in a long time!

In the afternoon we were watching "The Forgotten Carols" which, by the way, I recommend to one and all, and suddenly my little nephew Danny climbed into my hoodie with me. He must have been cold, but it got pretty toasty inside my hoodie real quick with both of us in there. He put his arms through the
sleeves as well and called us the "two-headed, two-handed monster" :D

After I got back to Logan Alisha, Anthony and I went shopping at Old Navy, which was a lot calmer than I thought it would be. I found some way cute sweaters which I am very excited about!
